Contracts & Legal Infrastructure

Agreements that support the way your business actually operates.

Your contracts should match the business you are running, not just fill a folder. Pamela Rosario Law helps founders and business owners review, refresh, and build agreements that make expectations, rights, and risk easier to understand.

The right fit

This may be the right fit if…

  • 01

You are about to sign an agreement and want to understand what it means for your business.

  • 02

You are using old templates, copied documents, or agreements that no longer reflect how you work.

  • 03

You need a client, customer, vendor, contractor, employment, NDA, terms-of-service, or privacy agreement reviewed, refreshed, or drafted.

  • 04

You want a more complete view of the agreements your business relies on.

How I can help

What the work can cover.

A focused engagement can include a close review and refresh of an existing agreement, a custom agreement drafted for a particular deal, or a broader contract audit. A contract audit can cover up to six core agreements, including client or customer contracts, vendor agreements, employment or contractor agreements, NDAs, terms of service, and privacy policies, followed by a written risk-and-gap assessment, refreshed or redrafted documents, and a strategy call.

The work is designed to flag risk, close gaps, and bring the legal documents closer to the way your business operates today.

What this is not

Contract work is tailored to the agreement and business context in front of you. It does not replace tax, accounting, employment, privacy, regulatory, insurance, or other specialized advice that may be relevant to a particular arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

A few good questions to start with.

Can you review a contract before I sign it?

Yes. A focused review can help you identify the terms, risks, and questions that matter before you decide how to move forward.

Can you update a template or old agreement?

Yes. A refresh can address gaps, outdated language, and changes in the way your business now works.

Can you draft an agreement from scratch?

Yes. Custom drafting is available when a standard form does not fit the relationship or deal.

Do I need a full audit?

Not always. The right engagement depends on whether you have one immediate agreement or a set of documents that should be reviewed together.
